How to access Arabic and Hebrew features in Photoshop

Hello guys, i saw tutorials on youtube and google how to change the langauage features of hebrew in photoshop but it doesnt work for me.

they told me to go - Type>world ready layout

and than click on Type>language option> middle eastern features

the problem is that my middle easten features is still locked

what can i do ?

From Preferences Settings: MAke sure that Text engine is set to : Middle eastern and south asian.
