You can organize the images using the Libraries panel. Images stored in Creative Cloud Libraries can be dragged into an open document. Creative Cloud Libraries are cloud-synced, so you can use their elements in many Adobe desktop and mobile apps. To add an image to a library, open it, click the Add Element (+) button at the bottom of the library, and choose Graphic.
In short, libraries might even save you time, because you don’t have to use an Open dialog box when you want to add a stock image. You just drag it from the Libraries panel into the Photoshop document.
If you get your images from Adobe Stock, those can be added automatically to the Libraries panel as soon as you license them. And it is possible to start an Adobe Stock search from inside the Libraries panel. The reason you see shopping cart icons in the image below is that those are low-resolution unlicensed images from Adobe Stock, to be tested. If licensed, they will automatically be replaced by the high-resolution version without a watermark. The one image you see without a shopping cart icon is the one that is actually licensed, so it no longer has a shopping cart icon or an Adobe Stock watermark.

First of all I would like to thank you for answering my question.
Saving images in the library is a good option but it also has some disadvantages like exploring the images & adding images in library is a bit complicated. If I want to add images to the library, I have to open all the images in Photoshop and then drag and drop each image into the library.
