How to add wrinkles to a layer to make a shirt design look more real?

Hello I am trying to add my images to t shirts, however the t shirts are not completely flat and have wrinkles in them. How do I distort or warp my image so it matches up with the wrinkles on that particular shirt? I need it to look like the model is actually wearing the shirt rather than a flat image placed on a not flat shirt.

Thank you for any help anyone can offer!

Erica

Blend in a winkle texture and use a displacement map in the process masked to the shirt. There are also T shirt templates on the web you can purchase and free ones as well.
