I wouldn't do that since you're essentially downloading files of unknown origin who could potentially have malicious code inside them. Additionally, doing this is against Adobe's EULA (see "17. No Modifications, Reverse Engineering").
To get rid of the splash screen entirely, right click on the Photoshop shortcut, then hit "Properties" and put the argument -NoSplash at the very end of the "Target" field. The downside of this is that it will only work when starting Photoshop through the shortcu

Other than that, there's nothing you can do. The splash screen can't be modified by normal means.

PLEASE let us remove or change the horrendous splash screens on all Adobe apps

You HAVE to let us change or hide the artwork on the splash screen on the Mac version. These images are almost always horrendous and I do not want to see them.
