How to change the interface language in Photoshop (most recent version 25.3.1)?

My desktop Windows 10 Windows 11 display language is set at English (Canada) and my Adobe Creative Cloud Account is set at English (United States). But the default language on my Photoshop interface is set at French (français) only with no other choice of language available....french only. I have uninsalled Photoshop twice with no change. Once by removing all preferences, therefore apparenttly removing the french language default and a second time by keeping all preferences with no change....after 2 reinstalls everything remains in French in my Adobe Photoshop interface.  I simply want to work in Photoshop in English not in French. I tried all suggestions available but the problem remains. Does anyone have a solution to my problem? Thanks!! JB

Edits from moderator as per later posts:

Corrected to Windows 10, not 11

Added version number 25.3.1

Correct answer D Fosse

If you sign out of the CC app and back in, that will force a rescan of all installed apps. So that should take care of it.

Yes, all's good for now. Thanks again. I guess I did have the CC Desktop app since the page looks the same as before minus all my apps which disappeared when I re-installed it.

My Lrc was open at the time of reset and is still working well, and yet it is not listed as installed.  Should I reinstall Lrc from the available in ''your plan section'' or will things all work out on its own? JB

I've followed this discussion for the same reason as other people: although I'm based in France, my Windows default language is French, etc. I do want my Photoshop (and Lightroom Classic) interface to be in English. I've used the hints provided and finally managed to get what I wanted, but I still think things are unnecessarily complicated!

Yes, complicated for sure. Why not have all language choices available
instead of no choice at all.

So you're all good now? That's excellent 🙂

The CC desktop app is the hub for everything Adobe nowadays. That's where you install, uninstall and update the applications. When you sign up for a subscription, the CC desktop app is the first thing you install. Sign in with username and password, and you're all set. Then you do everything from there.

This is how it looks in your Windows Start menu:

When running, it sits in your system tray and you usually open it directly there.

Last thanks D Fosse for your solution to this problem,

I looked for CC app and could not find it. I saw get CC app and clicked on it. I went to preferences on apparently freshly installed CC app page and found the exact set up you had in your screen shot and changed the language to English (the last time, the content of Preferences page was a bit different) Then I noticed that all my apps were gone. I then clicked on get Photoshop and rapidly got it. Then I opened PS and all was in French again so went to language interface and would you know it English was the only other choice next to French. I switched to English then closed PS and when I re-opened it all was in English. Did I never have the CC App in the first place???

OK. At this point, I'd uninstall and reinstall the CC desktop app.

This is weird. Never heard about anything like this.

Thanks D Fosse,

As you suggested, I changed the language to English in the Preferences at the Apps page. I had missed this before. My hopes were high for a quick resolution to my problem. Then after uninstalling and then reinstalling Ps, I checked the interface language and lo and behold it is still in French with no other language to choose from.... as it appears below.
