How to create import droplet that applies lens profile and exports when done

As the title suggests I'd like to create a droplet that simply lets me drop a folder a raw photos on it, automatically applies the lens profile to the photos and then exports them to a folder next the source folder as Tiffs.

It should be an easy task but I've never used droplets before so I have no idea where to start.

I have a couple of questions for you! What version of Photoshop are you using? Are you on a Mac or PC? Are you running your photos through Camera Raw.
