I generally know how to create seamless textures, however is there a way to make eg: a wallpaper that has no definite repeated pattern seamless? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've attached an example of  a wallpaper that I have been trying to make seamless, but with no luck. Thanks so much!

You would of course have to re-draw large chunks of the graphic and adapt the elements. Chances are that you woulkd recognize the repeat that this no doubt has if you had a larger peice of the actual texture. Such stuff  is often simply created using alternating strips or block offsets that only become apparent in "the bigger picture"  - literally.

There is the option of using some number of distinct elements and placing and stacking them with randomization via a Script (possibly even Scripted Patterns).

But that seems a lot of trouble …

I can recreate almost any material into a never-repeating, fully customisable to your styling, endless texture on as many pixels as you'd need.
Every cm2 can be unique just like real life.
