How to disable the new Photoshop 2019 start up window

Hi there

Does anyone know how to How to disable the new Photoshop 2019 start up window which is constantly popping up during my workflow when using Bridge & Photoshop. In the past you could disable it in Preferences and I have even tried "Disable Home Screen" and restarting Photoshop but nothing works?

It would seem to be a bug for some users. Adobe are apparently aware of it.

Totally agree - very annoying in Illustrator also, constantly closing it, it's like a bad web pop up.

On a MAC, use the executable file within the Support files directory called Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor, that will bypass the startup screen (whish is named Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019

In Windows 10 pin this file to your start menu:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

If you have extensionsions hidden it will look like

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019\PhotoshopElementsEditor
