How to Do Bubble Message text (examples)

Hi, I was wondering on how to do the little text inside of the small boxes the exact way. 2 attachment examples are below this description. Thanks!

The shape tools are here:

First draw a Rectangle. In the Properties panel, format it to have white fill, black stroke, rounded corners. Details here:

Second, type your text. Format it using the Character panel (Window menu) and the Type tool. Move it with the Move tool. Details here

One way would be to draw a shape and fill it with text.
