How to duplicate a text layer from one artboard to another artboard using script

How can I duplicate/replace text layer from an artboard to another psd file which has same artboard name and text layer name.

Duplicating is one thing; replacing is another. Are you looking to duplicate a layer between documents, or do you simply want to copy and paste text? Some screenshots would help clarify your task. Are you seeking a solution for batch operations?

Agreed, especially for scripting where internal layer numbering may or may not come into play.
