How to enable the old Edit funtcions (perspective warp, transform tools, etc.) in PShop 25

Hi,

Sorry to bother you with this, but I haven't time (yet) to read about the new tools available.  I would like access to old Transform edits.

Also, what happened to the Lens Correction functions in ACR?

Thanks, BruceB

It's all there. Please be specific and show screenshots.

Lens profiles are generally not available for RGB files, only for raw files. So you won't find it when using the ACR filter from within Photoshop. Even when using the full ACR raw processor (the plugin) on jpegs or tiffs, you'll only get a very limited set of a very few profiles made for RGB data.

The edit files I'm wanting to use are on Photoshop, not ACR.  They are the old Edit files used after selecting an image.  Here's a pic....

And you didn't mention the absence of lens corrections in ACR

Actually, the bulk of my post was the explanation for that.

As for the Edit commands, they become active when conditions for them are met.

Some of them require a floating layer or an active selection on a Background layer.

Some of them require two or more layers to be active.

Yes, indeed you did so, and I apologize.  I suspect I shouid read about the additions soon, as they seem most interesting.  I do wish I could find a way to eliminate that annoying white screen that appears in Photoshop, and yes, it's easy to pop past it, but stil....
