How to enact the scaling of transform tool of 2018CC or earlier?

Hi all,

2019CC has applied new scaling options of transform tool. So if you hold certain keys on keyboard and want to scale transform tool, scaling options have become now different from what they were in the previous versions.

Now I would like to go back to the old version of transform tool scaling. Can someone advise please how can that be done? I have Mac.
