Hi , can you please help me erase the white
paint from a screen shot to reveal what is there ? thank you in advance.
It can't be done – the white pixels replaced the word pixels. Try and find the original post, is the only solution.,
If that is JPG or PNG image created using Print Screen or similar feature then I must dissapoint you. You can not just remove white to reveal what is below because from software point there is nothing below white, it does not have information what was before white or what was on screenshot without white paint. That information is gone when that image is concerned and can not be retrived by any software.

i would like to know of there is any way to convert a jpg image into an image format that can reveal what is behind the white paint?

No there isn't any software nor file format which can reveal what is behind white paint on JPG image. It is not like real world paint where you can scratch paint over to reveal what is beneath, JPG file format does not contain that information, it contains only information which is displayed or white color in other words.
