How to fill yellow and green colours in 1  and 2 respctively sharing common red path (which is incomplete) ?

Your old version of PS doesn't fill paths directly, so this is a moot point. Convert the paths to suitable selections and fill those.

There are not so big differences between CS2 and CC neither with paths nor with shapes

If you need to fill the area between your lines, just use the Paint bucket with the color you need then click in the area you want to fill.
