If you have the legacy brushes loaded, in the brush folder Legacy Brushes > Dry Media Brushes there is a #2 Pencil brush (and a 4H pencil brush)

What should be "pointed" out are the two different pencil grading systems. A #2 US writing pencil is HB on the International scale which covers drafting and artists pencils.

In my school days, the yellow #2 Dixon Ticonderoga pencil was the standard pencil with an eraser on the end. As soon as I visited local drafting and art supply stores, Staedtler, Kohinoor, and Faber-Castell were sold in the European scale.

I am afraid there may be no direct and unequivocal equivalent to those pencil types in Photoshop.

Hello, please state the version of Photoshop you are using, as the default brush sets are different, there are many new ones in the last version (get more brushes in the flyout menu of the brush panel), while the old brushes are hidden in a sub-menu... (legacy brushes in the flyout menu of the brush panel)
