How to get my plug-ins to show up in the filter menu in photoshop CS6

I am having trouble getting my Nik software plug-ins to show up in the filters menu of photoshop CS6. they are in the folder. They just don't show up in the program to use. Do I need to do something to get them to show in my program. It did not say anything but to load inti that folder. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Are you sure you have the version of Nik plugins compatible with CS6? If you recently downloaded, chances are you have a newer CC compatible set.
