How to get the Color Wheel that matches the colours in the image?

Do you mean you want the color wheel to show you the color values for a specific color that’s in the image?

If so, click or drag the Eyedropper tool on the image, and the color wheel will change to show the HSB values include hue degrees. In the demo below, you can see that I also opened the Info panel, which is another way to  monitor color values. If you add up to four permanent color samplers to the image (Shift-click the Eyedropper tool), the color value of the pixels under the color samplers will stay displayed in the Info panel for your reference.
