How to Identify Missing Font in Photoshop 2020??

I received a file from a colleague that contains fonts that I don't have on my computer. Photoshop used to pop up a window where it would list the missing typefaces, but now when I open the file Phtoshop 2020 pops up a window that only says "Some text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output. Do you want to update these layers now?" With the options "no" or "update"
If I click "no," the missing type layers contain a little triangle exlamaition point icon. If I select those layers specifically another message appears that says "editing or rendering the text layer will cause its layout to change," and if I select "OK" it changes them to Roboto, which is not the right font.
If I click "update," Photoshop replaces them with Roboto.
I have tried to use the "Type --> Match Font" feature, and tried all of the fonts it provided me, but none of them are the correct match. I tried to download a script that tells you what fonts are used in the file, but it only gave me Roboto again.
I just want to know what Font I'm missing so I can download it and use it without having to ask my colleague. I'm about ready to rip my hair out - please help!
