how to increase the quality of photos with CS6

Hi, I really like  Kissanime, so I usually take screenshots of my favorite characters. but usually the image quality is very low even though I watch full HD and not clearly, is there a way to increase the image quality with CS6?

Hi it all depends on quality of source there is now such way to do with photoshop only thing is to recreate that using any application....regards

No it only you to reduce noise in image you can give a try....regards

CS6 user here. Are you talking about taking screenshots of a video/movie or jpegs on your computer? Either way, a screenshot will be lo-res, and smart sharpen probably will only cause artifacts. You can only do so much with the raw material you start out with.
