How to install Adobe Paper texture pro in Photoshop CC2020

I have difficulty to integrate and find Adobe Paper texture pro to use in Photoshop CC 2020.Please advise what to do

The Adobe Paper Texture Pro has been retracted by our partner and is not integrated with Photoshop 2020.
