How to install adobe plugin in blogger posts?

Hello everyone,

I've a blogger and I want to install adobe Photoshop plugin in my blogger posts. I've got many solutions over internet but couldn't get an exact one. Can someone help me with that? Also, I don't want my website size to increase because of the plugin.
