How to make Color template?

I found these on youtube and i want to know how can i add colors and shapes  like this . It doesn't looks like manually drawn. It looks like a theme or template . Can anyone show me where can i find template colors like those?     ( I am not talking about how to make compare  video , I just want to know how to find coloor template that is show at the bottom)

You can do it with Illustrator.

Import the picture

Vectorize it

Expand and keep selected

create a new group of colors

that's it

 

Then you can use this colors in a library available with all other apps

Thank you for replying .I  meant the shapes under the picutures. You can see red lines and blue shapes .
