How to make long circle rectangles

Hello, 

I've been trying to make these circular rectangles in photoshops on calendar for a non profit organization. These are was flight crews use to see their overnights. I can't figure out a way as the oval tool is just way to defined. Can anyone help me out?

Select Rounded Rectangle Tool from Toolbox as already suggested, draw shape then adjust corners from Window > Properties panel.
