How to migrate LUTS to a new computer

I am curious why this simple question seems so difficult to find an answer to. Anyway, I am building a new computer, and plan to re-install Windows from scratch and then install all my softwares and apps including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. And of course I would like to move all my settings, brushes, actions, LUTS and plugins to the new computer. I have found out how to save and then move brushes and actions. But for the life of me, I cannot find any definite information on how to move the LUTs. I am currently using Photoshop 2021 version 22.5.9 (due to an older PC, I have not upgraded to the latest Photoshop version yet, for fear it would not work very well). I have seen some internet sites stating where in the Adobe Presets folder to find the LUTs, but this folder (I think it is called 3DLUTS) does not exist in my installation, so perhaps it has moved.

Is there a way for me to find the folder or files where the LUTs are stored, so I can copy them and move them to the new computer? Or is there a way for me, like Actions and Brushes, to export or save the LUTs to files?

As an aside, I suppose that unless I can manage to also install version 22.5.9 on the new computer initially, I might be better off upgrading my Photoshop on the old computer first, so that all my migratable data (actions, etc) are on the same version, to avoid migration issues.

Thank you for any help on this!

Did you add any LUTs to Photoshop or your just using  the ones orginally installed with Photoshop 2021 (22.5.9)

Some users never actually install presets like LUTs into the Photoshop Presets folders, but have their own folder somwhere and just load a preset as neeeded.

There are two locations for the LUTs

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Presets\3DLUTs , the most likely place your LUTs are.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Presets\3DLUTs, only if you actually

made a 3DLUTs folder in this location, since the default Photoshop install doesn't have a 3DLUTs folder in this location.

Hello Jeff, thanks for helping, you solved the probem! First off, yes, I imported many LUTs that I received from various tutorials over the years. A lot of these tutorials are "Pro" tutorials which I had to have a dated subscription for in order to download items. Not a total loss, I do have the original import files somewhere for these imported LUTs, but it would be nice if I could have saved all of my LUTs to file just like one can do with Actions or Brushes.

As I mentioned in my post, I could not find a 3DLUTS file under ...\AppData\Roaming\... which is where internet searching was telling me I should look. But I do have the 3DLUTS under the other folder which you mentioned first, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Presets\3DLUTs. I did not look there before. There they are. Now I can copy them over to another location and put them back on the new computer, or import them whatever is needed.

Thanks again! Problem solved!
