Hi,
How do you remove body hair on Photoshop on desktop version? Not stray hairs but hair on the body, like the legs. Thank you.

It is a very interesting topic. Can you show us a sample pic (decent one), because the process will vary according to the type of hair. A tatooed hairy trucker arm is not a lady leg…
I would
All hairs will not desapear but the result will be more credible. Also mask to not affect rest of the image

Why is it an interesting subject ha
Heres a sample from Google...
What do you mean duplicate the layer as a smart object, how is that done? What do you mask, how is that done?

It is interesting because it refers to what beauty is or might be.
Some girls for instance say that you must be just the way you are and do not shave legs.
Frida Kahlo did not shave eyebrows…
Beeing an artist I have no opinion on the subject as long as you respect the person…
There are 2 issues on your photo :
For 1 the best is the frequency separation. The solution I told you with Camera Raw is faster but a little less accurate
For 2 the best is to select background then refine edge ( blurring + contrast) and finaly use the clone stamp
These fine retouching operations require a basic Photoshop knowledge. Check the docs for :
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/create-smart-objects.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/masking-layers.html
Also there are a lot of tutorials on the hair subject for instance :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldhG9fmgC7o
https://phlearn.com/tutorial/photoshop-techniques-to-shave-away-unwanted-body-hair/
You will find in these several ways to achieve your purpose. Note that your provided pic has a very low definition and is very blurry so it is better to use a clean sharp image in order to do your tests
Hope it helps…

You will need to do a combination af various techniques including a slightly advanced technique involving frequency separation etc... All depending on the actual project (image).
