What is its PDF/X Standard?
If it’s one that doesn’t allow for transparency then the effect it likely owed to transparency flattening.
To counteract it you could try applying
• Layer > Layer Mask > From Transparency
• Layer > Layer Mask > Delete
Why are you degrading a pdf by converting it to a pixel image anyway?

Yes, PDF/X standard. It was created by that print/save as PDF from another program (studio silhouette)
I applied these commands and it worked!
I need that PDF's to remove the background and save them as PNG. You saved me haha

If the pdf were created as PDX/X-4 the issue should not arise.
