How to start removing translucent stuff from your images?

That horizontal bar is the issue, I used the fill and the burn, but they didn't do a good enough job. If u see casually its not visible but a dark horizontal patch sort of thing is theremilitary.png

If you mean texture details try using frequency separation to alter the color and not change the texture.
