How to update from 13.0 to 13.0.1.3?

About six months ago my harddrive failed, and I had to get a new one. When I downloaded and installed CS6 on the new harddrive, I immediately encountered a bug where my stylus will randomly lose pressure sensitivity from stroke to stroke. It makes it so aggravating to draw/paint that I can't use the program anymore. Worse, it's an old bug that I remember fixing years ago, but nothing I've tried works, and I've tried every fix out there multiple times. I didn't have this problem anymore on my old harddrive! I finally sorted that the new download is version 13.0, NOT 13.0.1.3 like I was using before. But when I ask it to upgrade, it says it's up to date and the CC desktop app also says it's up to date, even though both say it's 13.0. And it appears 13.0 is the only version I can download from my adobe account. What do I do? I'm running Windows 10.

If you need the complete install of Photoshop CS6 and not just the 13.0.1.3 update, then you'll either have to get the CS6 installer from your Adobe account of find your CS6 dvd.
