How to use Photoshop without internet access for exams

Hello, is it possible to use photoshop without internet access? I have to block internet access for workstations during exams, so how participants can use PS without internet?

Everytime I open PS it require user to log in

 

License is for all apps in AdobeCC for Edu - shared device

 

All advices are welcome.

Adobe CC programs work 1 months after last connection to Adobe's licensing server. Best do something before disconnecting like activting a font or so.

In a shared environment such as an exam room people will need to sign in before each use. This does not sound a possible or viable scenario to completely block.
