How to write a PDF in a PS plugin?

how can I save a picture in PDF in a PS filter plugin??

Are you trying to save n image and the filter won't save with it? If so save a copy, Merge the layer(s) that won't save properly and drag it to the doc you want to save.

1) Get the PDF library from Adobe or write a PDF writer from the PDF spec, and create the PDF in your plug-in.

2) Have an automation plug-in listen for your filter plug-in and then create the PDF via Photoshop, then call your plug-in again? Not exactly sure of your workflow here.
