Hue Cube

I have "lost" the hue cube when I go to Color Fill Layer, I now have a different color picker but do not know how to restore the "hue cube" as shown in the Colors Pallet

What am I missing where?

Notice on the top color picker you have "B" clicked in HSB? Click on the H.
