On April I bought a Huion display tablet. I had a hard time to have it show the Photoshop interface (the assistance wasn't helpful at all). In any case the tablet had some issues on the right because the pen made funny movements there. I'm telling you this to explain that even though it had problems, the tablet, at least half of it, at one point was working.
On August finally the assistance sent me a new tablet, but when I use it, the curson is 15cm (6 inches) distant from the pen. I tried the broken tablet and now even that table gives this problem.
After reading another similar discussion I disabled the Graphic Processor Settings in the Preferences, closed Photoshop, reopened it, but nothing changed.
Is there any place I should check for problem like this? I didn't touch anything when I used the new tabled. I only attached the cables, using the drivers of the other one. Why are now both of them giving this problem?
I use a pc, Windows 10, the tablet is a Kamvas GT-191
Thank you for any idea
PS I'm really scared to unistall and reinstall the drivers. I spent three months doing so...

I've just realized that the more I move the pen on the right and the more the gap diminish. On the extreme right side, at the side of the panels, nearly outside the photoshop interface, the gap is only some 20 pixels

Are you using 1 or 2 monitors? If 2, what is the resolution of each....primary and secondary?

Two monitors. One of my pc and the other is the tablet. The pc monotor is 1920x1080. I have no idea how to check the resolution of the display tablet
When the tablet is on, I use them as a single monitor, one the continuation of the other. I hope I made myself understood. The previous table had a problem but the writing was in the same place of the pen. Now also that tablet has the gap but I didn't touch anything.

Just checked the specs on the tablet. Apparently also 1920X1080.
1 1/2 years ago I had the same issue. However, my secondary monitor had a vertical resolution of 1280 and the primary was V 1080. Switched the monitors and the problem disappeared. Your situation is different.
I suggest disconnecting the second monitor and trying a single monitor set up in PSD. See if the issue disappears. If not, then I am stumped. But, if the brush position is now correct then you know it has something to do with the dual monitor setup.

you are right! I disconnected my pc monitor and now the pen writes right where it should. Nevertheless when I work I often need to check other things so I would need to have my pc monitor working, but I suppose I'll have to do without if I cannot find a way to have both. Thanks!

Can we please see your control panel >> display settings? With both the tablet and pc monitor plugged in.

They both are 1920x1080. I cannot see anything "strange" there

So far you have established that the issue exists when the secondary monitor is connected and does not exist when the secondary monitor is disconnected.
You use Win 10. Installed on your computer is a program called "Photos." Click the Microsoft icon lower left to see a list of all the programs on your computer. Scroll down to "Photos." Open it. Load an image file. At the top right of screen click on "Edit and Create." A menu opens. Click "Draw." Now try to draw with your stylus on the image. Does the cursor line up correctly on the image. If "yes," then I suspect this is a Photoshop issue.

I did but I cannot keep the program open on the display tablet unless I unplug the pc monitor and in this case, the cursor is perfectly alined with the pen

Photoshop....which is a massive program.....stays open. But Photos which is little more than an "app" will not. Not making any sense.
Can you open a browser on the tablet with the secondary monitor connected? If yes, then create two tabs. Drag one tab to the secondary monitor. Can you move the cursor using the stylus to both tabs? Is the cursor positioned correctly?

Yes please try in another program(s). You will then know if he issues is local to Photoshop, or global to all apps.

I don't know how to use other programs with the tablet but I see that if I move the pen over the tablet, the cursor is still 15cm far from the pen

I'm unfamiliar with how the Huion tablets work. Is there any way to calibrate your pen? Like in the driver console? That's what I had to do occasionally with my old Cintiq. Is there any driver preferences for this tablet? Just curious because the calibration for the stylus is way off.

The program is quite basic. There's nothing I can do there I think. I unclicked the Windows Ink but i then reclicked it because it was the same

Hello, can you check the area di lavoro button?
Another user lower, recommended to click on workplace (it might be area di lavoro), select the monitor and click apply.

Does this problem happen in other programs, or only in Photoshop?

Honestly I hadn't thought to try it with other programs other than Photoshop. I will test other programs, thanks.

I've had this issue before. Open Huion's settings, click on Workplace, select your tablet monitor at the top and click apply. This should fix everything
