I bought a license in Spanish and Photoshop is updated in English and I need it in Spanish

We have always purchased the full Adobe Cloud license in the Spanish language. I do not understand how when updating Photoshop is updated in English and does not give the option to change the language. How can I solve it?

Siempre hemos comprado la licencia completa de Adobe Cloud en el idioma español. No entiendo como al actualizar el Photoshop se actualiza en ingles y no da la opción de cambier el idioma. Cómo lo puedo solucionar?
