I can not locate the Magic Wand Tool in Photoshop 2021

Hello Adobe Community!

I currently have Photoshop (23.0.2) installed. Whenever I try to go into Tools or Tool Preset I don't seem to find the Magic Wand Tool. I have scoured through the menu and nothing. I have tried to restart my CC and the application and there is still no Magic Wand Tool.

    Click and hold highlighted icon on your screenshot to display pop-up menu then choose desired tool. If Magic Wand is not present reset toolbox as already suggested above. Another way is to cycle through grouped tools using keyboard shortcut W (Shift + W).

    The Magic Wand is nested with other tools. Please see the attached screen capture.
