I can't create a shape

Hi all

I do not know what exactly I did, but I cannot create any shapes. When I select the shape tool, I can draw it, but it shows it on the wireframe blue color, and the option on the top of the bar, I mean ribbon, does not show to change the color, stroke, etc.

You have drawn in ‘path mode’.
Please set ‘Shape mode’. Then it should work again.
