I can't open photoshop on my Mac.

Whenever I go to open photoshop, it crashes straight away, in fact it doesn't even fully open. I have reinstalled it a number of times. I am running the correct version on the app, and my mac is running Samono , but still no joy. I would be very grateful for any helpful advice. Thankyou.
