I made a rectangle and selected arc upper from the warp section. When I try to go to the shape properties, it's not available here. Properties only have masks. but there were shape properties before choosing arc upper from the warp section. I just want to change color of shape 😕

The Warp changes the shape from Live to a standard shape.

You can change the color by double clicking on the Rectangle shape thumbnail in the layers panel.

Skew, Distort, Perspective, and Warp will turn the Live Shape to a Regular Shape, so only scaling, rotation and flipping horizontal/vertical are available in the properties panel for Live Shapes.
