I don´t have "Get more brushes"

Hello all,

Please i have problem with my brush settings. I wanted to download "KyleBrush" so i read how to download but option "get more brushes" is missing. I read some rumors that Adobe support this function only on US servers. I use Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 on Windows. EU region.

Hi,

The menu item is only found in the 19.0 update posted last week (Photoshop CC in Creative Cloud desktop). Photoshop CC 2018 installed on the system.

When you update from the CC Desktop app - choose Advanced Options and uncheck delete old versions. That way you keep your existing version alongside the new.

This frightened me, my brushes were moved from the 2017 Brushes folder to a folder I added Pictures\0 Elements\Brushes

I've just had exactly the same problem.  I'm using Ps 2021, in the UK, and I just get looped back with a 'sign in to download' message.  If this product actually IS available, can you please tell me how to get it?  Thanks.

Hi,

That is what happens with the Ms Edge browser, since it doesn't recognize what to do with an .abr file. Try copying the adress and pasting it into another browser, then download from there.

Hi,

The US region wasn't having issues getting to the page where brushes could be downloaded (we have also fixed the issue with other global regions since this post started). Are you not seeing the command in Photoshop, or having trouble actually downloading the extra brushes?

I am trying by using Explorer to download the brushes but I still have a page full of computerized programming symbols.
