I absolutely cannot STAND the new Photoshop... It completly broke my workflow! I liked 2017 or older... How can I download it? Its not in the list anymore... WHY?!

Oh thank goodness. I'm sorry Adobe, but the way the new UI is layed out. My brushes are all filed away all weird, My Styles are all filed away all weird, the whole UI has been reworked in a way that takes my way longer then nessesary to do something that used to be #1 Click... I understand trying to "sort" things, but... I dont want to have to DIG 3-5 folders deep every time I want use a tool or a style or a action... As the saying goes, if it aint broke, dont fix it.

Photoshop CC 2019 is still available from the Creative Cloud which is quite stable, you can download CC 2017 from here.
