I have difficulty when opening brushes

I search with my Wacom pen bamboo to locate the exact spot to open the 4 brush options at Photoshop  cc, there appears to be only a certain location to get the tool to open, happens at other tools with options as well.

Any help how to improve my problem please?

Have you tried just holding your pen down on the brush tool icon. That will open the menu with the others (brush,pencil, color replacement, mixer brush)

Thanks Dave ACP , that worked I think I was working a little to fast for the set up. ( its a new PC I am using and the previous computer was a lot slower)
