I lose my full size brush and get the tiny cross hairs when using Photoshop CS6. this happens when I am using my burn in and dodge tool.

I've had this problem ever since i bought Photoshop CS6 years  ago.

I must restart my computer to get the full size brush size back

The problem has existed on every mac computer that I have installed the software on

I reinstalled the software when I upgraded my computer and also when I recovered from a crash

Sometimes the full size drawing cursor just reappears

I upgraded my Intros 4 software and the problem went away.

that is my Intuos 4 tablet software to match my current operating system

Try to go to preferences (Cmd+K) go to Cursors section and check if you have Standard cursor choosen
