Hello,

This is very possible, although I wouldn't wish it to a new user 🙂 (really, it will take some elbow grease!)

Basically you will need to use the clone stamp tool, healing brush, and other types of content replacements to "fill in" the part you don't want with the surrounding areas.
Have a look here: (overview)
https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/clone-stamp.html
the help files (always helpful!)
https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/retouching-repairing-images.html
also a video

If I were you I would try with a simpler image and build up my skills from there. There are lots of areas to correct and starting from scratch with such a complex image will take some time and dedication.

Other tools here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/content-aware-fill.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/content-aware-patch-move.html

Good luck!

I echo @Imaginerie's great advice, and add this: Remember you're not removing things, you're covering them up.
