I nternet connection error in photoshop

I can't use Photoshop's artificial intelligence features. When I try, it gives an internet connection error. I deleted Photoshop and reinstalled it, I completely deleted and reinstalled Creative Cloud. I don't use any antivirus programs. I removed the firewall but I still can't use it. What is the solution?
