I’ve been trying to download photo shop and illustrator but for some reason it won’t work

I've been trying to download photo shop illustrator and other programs but for some reason every time I try to download them it says "

Update required

If you would like to install Illustrator, you must update your system."

I've tried updating windows and my web browser but nothing seems to work I'm on windows 10 and am out of ideas any help would be lovely.
