I received my ICC profile for my Epson Sublimation printer from my ink provider, but it does not change my colours when I select it on my printer settings. Can anyone help? I have deleted my old ICC profile and replaced with the new. Could something be clashing or photoshop blocking it. I never had a problem before.

How exactly do you assign this color profile to the printer? Where exactly do the colors not change - in the Photoshop window or as a result of printing?
Can you attach a screenshot?
If you doubt the contents of the profile file, you can also post a link to download it.

Can you show a screenshot of your Photoshop Print dialog? Does it appear in the list of available profiles there?
A profile, if it's correct and valid, isn't supposed to change colors. That's the whole point of the profile, to maintain color consistency. Any change you see is because of gamut clipping if any.
(The profile is only applicable if you set "Photoshop manages colors". With "Printer manages color", it doesn't apply and it's moot.)

@louise369613435kig are using Photoshop Manages Color in the print dailog - to select the profile and instruct Photoshop to use it?

I hope this helps
