Image Adjustments Not Showing Up

Photoshop 25.2.0, no adjustments avaiable.

It appears to be a known issue. The recommendation while the Photoshop Team is working on it is to relaunch Photoshop twice:

I would have expected one relaunch to be as good as the other, but apparently it’s not so …
