I have created a file to print on 13x19 paper. When I zoom to 100% I can see the words perfectly in Photoshop. When i print to my printer I am not able to see the words clearly. I am printing to a Epson 7710 workstation. Has anyone had issues like this before? The pictures print clear it is just the words.

How may pixels do you have for you image and what is the print resolution and how was the text in the image created, Photoshop vector text layer should print very clear and sharp if the text layer font size is large and the document has a good high ppi print resolution. If you have a small image with few pixels and print it 13" x 19" using a low print resolution the text will be soft. You need Pixels for good sharp well defined shape details.

Then the text has the quality that was captured by you camera and how will your processed the pixels your camera produced for the captured image. Its part of the image pixels layers should have the same quality as the rest of the image in that image area.

Can you post a screenshot at 100% and a pic of the print so we can see how different they are?

Post the image file. It sound like its your image's quality is poor. Post processing a poor image can do just so much. There is no magic in Photoshop.

That png you posted has at least 6 collages that contain tain text and each collage is a composite of 10 to 20 images. much of the resizing was done via interpolation so not only is the size of the text being made smaller the text quality is binge degraded by interpretation. Text suffers badly when interpolated. If in you layered document you maintain all the text as text layers the text in the composition image will be better still some text will be so small it will not be reading and it's quality will not be great for it will not have a sufficient number of pixels for quality fine detail. Even the Large text in your Image has been resized with interpolation is soft because of the interpolation and anti aliasing. Note the different between the red B B your Raster Text resized vs Vector Text layer. You have degraded the quality of all the assets you used resizing them with interpretation you lost much detail.
