Image problems

Bonjour,

Je suis récemment passée sur mac, et lorsque j'ouvre mes photos, elles sont floues. Je n'avais jamais eu ce problème auparavant sur PC, alors qu'il s'agit de la même qualité d'image. Savez-vous pourquoi ?

Hello

I bought a mac recently, but when I open my pictures on photoshop they are blurred and I didn't know why, I never had this problem on my previously pc. Can you help me because it's very difficult to work on blurred photos.

Can you share two things so that we can try to help you.

1. A screenshot showing what you are seeing - please include the entire Photoshop window.

2. A link to one of the images so that we can open it directly and compare to your screenshot

Hello,

I don't know if you can really see that the picture is blurred

Thanks

Yes I can see your issue and it looks like your whole interface is being displayed at a low resolution.

I am not a Mac user - hopefully someone will come along who is. However, I notice you are using CS6 and you appear to have a HiDPI screen . Have you updated to CS6 13.0.2 which provided support for retina screens?
