Image Processor > Scripts > Batch Converting ERROR?

Help! Recently, I have been having issues with my Image Processor > Scripts tool in Photoshop. I use this tool very frequently to batch convert RAW images to JPEG. Ever since the latest update of the newest version of Photoshop, I am having difficulties using this tool. Every time I try to convert a load of images, they do not save correctly & sometimes the app itself crashes. I have a Windows Surface Pro 4, and I was not having these the past year I have been using Photoshop on this laptop. Is there a setting I need to change? I have even tried to download an older version of Photoshop, and it still does not work. If someone could give me some advice on what I need to do, that would be great because I have SEVERAL HUNDREDS of wedding photos I need to batch convert from RAW > JPEG as soon as possible.

Several hundred wedding photos to convert to jpeg from raw... This is a simple export in Lightroom CC or Classic. Even if you don't want to use LR, just toss your photos in there and export.

Hello,

as I understand, you are trying to batch convert a huge amount of pictures at the same time. If that's correct, have you tried making tests with few images? If not, give it a try and let us know the results.

Maybe try batch converting the same amount of photos three or four times, and see if every task gives you troubles or runs correctly.

It could be a beginning.
