PS 25.3.1 (Win 10)
I have noticed a possible bug in the Image Size panel ( Image > Image Size )
When I bring up the dialog, "Resmample" is checked by default, which links only the width and the height of the image so proportions are kept, and the Resolution is independent. So if I change either the height or the width, the new image will remain proprtionally the same, and the ppi will not change.
However, if I change the ppi, the height and width change... this should not happen, it's acting like "resample" is unchecked. I have to first uncheck and re-check "Resample", then I can change the ppi without changing the dimensions.
I noticed also, if upon opening the dialogue, I first change the dimension, then (without clicking o.k.), change the width or height back to what it was, I can then change the ppi without it changing the height and width.... so, Photoshop is somehow not recognising that "Resample" is checked by default.
